• Many guests are from the Pacific Islands and the menus reflect their cuisine
• A feature of these conferences is our ability to cater in very limited spaces and time frames for the 300 plus guests

• 1200 lunches and 650 dinners in 3 days at the horticultural hall in Christchurch

Wellington 2007

• 1925 lunches, 2555 morning and afternoon teas, 800 dinners in 6 days
• We traveled from Christchurch to Wellington to set up in a confined location at the Wesley Church between Tory and Taranaki Streets.

University for the Third Age Conference

• This international event was held at the horticultural hall in Christchurch over two and a half days in November 2007
• 596 lunches, two dinners of 125, and a cocktail function of 15, 800 morning and afternoon teas. Full beverage and  bar facilities were supplied during the conference
